Scouring Pads Tutorial

I posted previously about how to make scouring pads using recycled mesh produce bags, my brother's contribution. The ones he gave us for Christmas just wore out, so I made more this morning. They are such a brilliant but simple household product.

Here is the tutorial:

Materials Needed:
2 Recycled mesh produce bags
Fishing line
Needle

Instructions:
1. Cut tops off your mesh bags and stretch (you will have 2 squares).

2. Lay one square on top of the other.

3. Fold 4 times.

4. Using fishing line and needle, sew edges together, weaving in and out from both sides.

5. Trim the edges.
