Cleanse: Day 14. Seven days left to go.
Today's smoothie was sweet, light and refreshing. If there wasn't snow outside, it may have taken me right to the tropics.
3 C. almond milk
1/4 C. shredded coconut
1/4 C. slivered almonds
2 Tbsp coconut oil
2 Tbsp brown sugar (optional)
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add more almond milk if mixture is too thick.
