2 C. epsom salt
1 C. course sea salt
1/2 C. baking soda (aluminum free, if possible)
The rind of one lemon, grated
1 Fresh rosemary sprig, the leaves picked off and chopped into small pieces
1 Tbsp dried (culinary) sage

- Combine the epsom salt, sea salt, and baking soda in a glass bowl. Mix well.
